卵巣/卵管の位置異常が子宮に及ぼす影響

卵巣は子宮よりも高い所に位置することで、卵巣で出来た卵子を子宮へ運ぶ事を助けています。また、月経で剥がれおちた子宮内膜が卵巣の方向へ逆流するのを防ぐ役割もあります。
もしこれが逆流してしまうと、チョコレート嚢胞（のう胞）の原因にもなりえます。
姿勢が悪くなり、背中が丸くなり横隔膜も下がってくると、卵巣の中の靭帯（卵巣提索固有・卵巣索）などにたるみが出てきて、更に内臓も下垂してくるので、子宮や卵巣・卵管が圧迫を受けてしまいます。
卵巣が下がりすぎると、子宮への下りの傾斜が減ってしまいます。
子宮への傾斜が少なくなった卵管は卵巣の分泌液が子宮に向かって流れにくくなり、さらに月経で剥がれおちて、膣へ向かうはずの子宮内膜が卵管へと逆流しやすくなってしまいます。
そして、剥がれた子宮内膜が卵管采から腹腔内に誤って落ちてしまう。
卵巣からの分泌液の流れが低下すると、精子の運動性も落ちて（精子は流れに逆らって運動する性質があるため）受精しにくくなり、これも不妊の一因となりえます。
また、受精したとしても卵管膨大部から子宮へと移動するスピードが低下しているため、子宮外妊娠の可能性を高めてしまうと考えられています。
また、卵巣・卵管が通常よりも下がり過ぎていると、引き延ばされ過ぎている卵巣提索・固有卵巣索などの靭帯が、さらに排卵の時にじん帯は伸長されなければならないので、引っ張られすぎて痛みを感じる。
これが骨盤調整の観点からの排卵時痛の原因です。
