今日は休みです。11月の第２日曜日は症例検討会（CCR）へ参加。さまざまな知機を得ました。ってもう12月ですが・・。気がついたら、もう12月で今年もあと1カ月を切りました。
今年も相変わらずというか、驚くほど早く終わってしまいそうです。そして気になるのが、最近急激に寒くなってまいりましたね、脳血管障害の発症リスクが高まる時期でもあります。
私は医療機関で5年間は働いていました。脳出血、脳梗塞の再発が残念ながら生じてしまうのは、冬・夏でも、その寒さ、暑さのまさにピークの時期に集中する傾向が、かなりありました。
毎年そうでした。気温の温度差の影響はかなり身体には負担になるようです。
