また、骨盤の歪みによって生じた余分なスペースを、埋めるために脂肪がたまることもあるそうです。まだまだいくらでも言及する余地があるのですが、歪みの取れたバランスの良い体でないと不具合が発生しやすいので、何らかのケアは大事です。
自己流でいろいろと行っている方も多いのですが、間違った体操、中途半端な知識のヨガなどでは、本当の正しい結果は出ずらいということも知っておいてほしいです。
