「真」女性ホルモンのバランス療法～各論ーツボ編①
下肢、特に足首、足部の状態が「腹部の硬さ」、に直結している。と聞いてどう思われるでしょうか？
腹部の於血（東洋医学的な概念で、腹部の循環が悪く停滞し濁った血液）は足の甲・足首や下肢のツボの通り道で、首と頭まで繋がっている途中にあります。
ですので、足のツボへの刺激の反応で、首への途中にある腹部にも反応が現れます。
足部、下肢全体の施術は、実は腹部だけではなく頭部の縫合の状態まで、影響を与えることができるので小顔調整などにも応用が広がります。
話がそれるので別ページ細かくで述べるとして、足部、足首周辺のツボへの手技調整、鍼刺激で相当「腹部の於血」が取れます。
圧痛の変化によって施術の影響を実感することができ、喜び驚かれる方も多いです。正確に調整されれば、刺激されたツボの対応している腹部の部分は、次回来院時でも調整された直後とほぼ変わらず柔らかいままを維持していることがほとんどです。
その変化は即座に腹部の圧痛の変化で実感できますし、その後の生理痛の変化、整理不順の変化などで確認できると思います。腹部からのホルモンバランス療法によって、顔色も変化してくるのを確認しています。
人によっては検査による数値の変化で実感できる場合もあると思います。鹿児島では比較的珍しい方法です。ツボへの単なる教科書的な鍼刺激ではないです。
ツボはあくまでも目安。その刺激の部位や角度は人によって微妙に異なります。
今まで痛いと言われたことはほとんどありませんが、（２，３ミリ程度の深さです）感じない程度の刺激でも、正しければゴッソリと腹部の「於血」が取れます。
その周囲に残る腹部の硬結は、またその部位に対応する別のツボを使うことで速やかに取れていきます。（長野式を使用することが多かったです。）
そうして腹部が理想的な状態に近付いていく事で、婦人科系の機能が安定してくる為の一助となれます。その結果、生理不順や生理痛などには特に影響が出るようです。
更に全く別のツボなどの手法により、確実に性ホルモン、プロゲステロン、オキシトシンやカルシトニン、デヒドロエぴアンド, カルシトニンなどの合成が、体内から自然な形で生成できると言われる方法もあり、毎日の施術で、その影響に日々感動しています！！
