女性ホルモンバランス調整～各論ーツボ編②
直接ツボへの施術によってカルシトニン・オキシトシン・ＤＨＥＡデヒドロエビアンドロステロン・テストステロン・プロゲステロンなどのホルモンバランスの調整へ直接的に働き掛ける手法もあります。
腹部於血を取り除くというのとは、また別の東洋医学的なツボ理論です。腎臓、生殖腺、副腎、甲状腺、下垂体を刺激し、接続するツボを同時刺激することが多いです。
女性ホルモンバランスの施術、不妊のための施術には、いくつかパターンがりますが、その方の状況に応じてどのパターンを使用するかをを決めます。更にその時の体調によって使用するツボは一定ではありません。
以前は鍼が一番大きな変化を出せましたが、今では手技でも同等以上の変化を出せるまでに至っています。
一番効くと言われているやり方よりも、好転反応を抑えることができると感じています。更に、施術の専門家から見ても全く関係なさそうな遠隔部位からの施術でも、同等以上になってきています。
経絡治療での「ツボ」と、漢方や中医学的な「ツボ」は、同じ部位で同じ名称のツボでも、理論が全く同じではありません。
経絡治療・難行六九難をはじめ、八こう弁証・気血津液弁証・病邪弁証・臓腑弁証・・・。 弁証論治に基づいた概念は、様々にあります。
正直、鍼灸師でも、マニアックに熱心な方でなければ、それらの弁証論を理解して臨床で活用できているのは、割と一部の寝新なマニアック鍼灸師に限られていると思います。
ましてや、伝統医学的な概念「だけで」、それでコンスタントに慢性的な方、重症な方を相手に結果を出し続けて繁盛しているところは、本当に限られていると思います。
もうかなり（ずっと）以前から、鍼灸業界ではいずれ伝統は失われると、危惧されていました。鍼灸を盛り上げようと頑張っている流派団体もあります。それなりに見るべき点もたくさんあり、貴重な存在と思います。
かく言う私めも、鍼灸界の将来を僭越ですが自分なりに危惧しています。施術の現場では九割以上手技療法ですが笑）
鹿児島県外ですが某、不世出の手技療法の名人の、一番弟子のＮ先生が、鍼もして手技もしていたのですが、晩年は鍼がメインの施術になっていました。（短時間ででき、術者の消耗が少ないからという理由からです）
その先生が、鍼しかしてこなかった弟子たちが自分と同じレベルにまで育たなかったのは、最初に手技を徹底してやらせなかったからだ、残念！！と晩年になって嘆いていたのを思い出します。
