数日後になって、右腰、右足全体が痛くて夜に寝れなくなった。
リハビリで温熱、マッサージ、電気治療等を受けるも変化無し。立位で痛くて、紛らわせるように足を揉んでいる。 女性の加齢で筋肉の張りが全く無く、痩せている。

筋肉全体のトーヌスの強い低下で、もともと目立った凝りなどは無いので、こういった方は筋肉を揉捻（もみもみ）して刺激する手法は刺激過多になりやすいか、効果は低いと判断して、別の手法での調整。
右下肢の外側広筋、内側広筋・大腿筋膜長筋、大体２頭筋、アキレス腱の調整。
足関節の強い内反の調整。（キョ骨・舟状骨・踵骨・ケイ骨ヒ骨の調整）による、右下肢全体の外旋を取る。
６年前に教わった自然○体や、「ゆらし系整体」にある手法の 独自の改良バージョンで調整。
終了後 立ち上がると、まあ、結果は良好でした♪ 良く寝れたと、 翌日もぜんぜん良好だとの事。
上記のゆらし系整体は、そのままではなく独自の改良バージョンで お年寄りと妊婦さんには多用します。
ゆらし系は、単にそれだけをそのまま使うと、単なるリラクゼーションで終わってしまうケースも多いと思います。

さらに・・上手く本当のコツをつかんで行うと、 その場だけでは無い症状の消失緩和にも十分すぎるほど繋がります。
