当院の腰痛に対する考え方①
世間の治療院でも、腰痛は最も多いお困りのうちの一つです。当オフィスでも、慢性、急性の腰痛 問わず、多く方が来院されています。
実際の臨床では、患部の調整はもちろん、症状の部位と関わりが強い、離れた部位の調整も重要視しています。
それにより、良くなった後も悪くなりにくい、良い状態が少しでも長く続くように、より早く腰痛が緩解できるようになっていけると考えています。
全身の筋骨格・筋膜その他の互いのバランスを考慮した施術でなければ、その時は症状が緩解したとしても、関連がある遠隔部位の影響の分は症状を元に戻そうとする作用が働き続ける。そのような傾向が人の身体にはあります。
- 下肢の影響が、骨盤や首まで及んでいます。
- お腹のコリや歪みが、腰痛に与える影響も大きなものがあります。
- 上肢（肩甲骨から手首・手掌）の歪みの影響は腰・下肢まで届きます。
- 他にも、まだまだ沢山の離れた部位同士の連動・相互作用が、数え切れないほどあります。
↑上記は、一部に過ぎず、他にもまだまだあります。↓下記も、身体の膨大な「膜」の連鎖の、ごく一部に過ぎません。

②お腹の凝り（コリ）や、歪みが腰痛に影響を与える。
内臓ー体壁反射といいまして、簡単に言うと、内臓の疲れや、血流が即座に筋肉の状態に反映されるといったものです。
腎臓は大腰筋、副腎は縫工筋（他にもあります。）肝臓は大胸筋（他にも）など、それぞれの臓器は特定の筋肉と、特に機能的に連動しているといわれています。
その証拠に、ある臓器の血流やリンパの流れが良くなるだけで、即座に対応する筋肉の筋力が強くなります。
内臓の変位・歪み
内臓は、それぞれ内臓周囲膜という膜に包まれています。さらに、全体が腹膜に覆われて、影響を与え合っております。

ぞれぞれの臓器の形状と、同じような形をしています。
「腹膜」が、これほど広範囲にいろんな臓器と関わっているのであれば、
その影響は、大きなものがあります。
当然、腹膜の一部の癒着、歪みが取れると、
お腹がへっこんだり、姿勢が良くなる、とくに腰や背中も変化します。
（柔らかくなるなど）
一般的なカイロプラクティックで、脊柱をバキポキ鳴らし、
脊柱の周囲のじん帯や筋肉の緊張がリセットされます。
その影響で背骨まわりも軽くなると思います。
脊柱を鳴らす矯正法も、数あるテクニックのうちの一つに過ぎません。
しかし、例えば腹膜などの調整がなければ、その腹膜のゆがみの影響の分は、
腰や背中を悪くしようとする悪影響が残り続けます。
脊椎に対する矯正以外にも、腰痛に関する「他の領域」は沢山あります。
腹膜こそが一番大事である！とは言いませんが、
腹膜の調整をしっかりと行う、行わない では、やはり差が出てきますね。
急性期の ギックリ腰の場合、お年寄りの方の強い腰痛などの時は、
普通よりも頻繁に行います。
腰に対する上肢の影響-1例
オステオパシーなどでは、体幹部対しては、上肢よりも下肢のほうが影響は大きいと言われています。
心膜や、体幹の深い層と、膜の連鎖で繋がっているのは下肢だからという理由です。オステオパスの大半は、そのように考えています。確かに、腰痛には、上肢よりも下肢のほうが、
影響は強いケースは多いです。
上肢（上半身も！）の影響は、実はかなり多岐にわたります。腰や背中全体を覆う広背筋は、画像で見ても分るように、脊柱や骨盤部、肋骨から始まり、直接腕と繋がっています。
脊柱、骨盤、肋骨と、あれだけ広範囲に広がる筋肉だと、それと繋がる上肢全体の筋骨格の状態は、即座に広背筋に影響します。
広背筋ー起始ーT7~12、L1~5、仙骨のキョク突起、肩甲骨の下部、第３腸骨稜、第９～１２肋骨ー停止ー上腕骨の結節間溝。
また、腰痛には、上半身の影響のほうが、下肢の影響よりも強いケースも、決して少なくは無いんです。原因は広背筋以外にも、まだまだ沢山あるのですが、今回は広背筋についてのみ、取り上げました。
他にも沢山の原因があります。

多くのオステオパシー・カイロプラクティックの教科書、整体・手技療法には、
さまざまな全身の筋肉・筋膜 の連動、さらには内臓を包む膜の連鎖が伝えられています。
ほんの一例を挙げると、
- 大腸の調整で腰痛が軽くなる。
- 胃の調整で心臓の辺りまで軽くなる。
- 直腸の調整で腰の中心部の痛みが消える。
- 肝臓の調整で膝の痛みが消える。
- 心臓の調整で腰が良く回るようになる。
- 横隔膜の調整で、腎臓の調整で、動脈の調整で、リンパの還流でetc・・

一例）働きとして、「横隔膜」と関連がある全身の筋肉。
血管の「硬縮」「変位」が血流を悪くし、筋肉を硬くして症状につながることもあります。動脈などは、オステオパシーでは骨格を支える働きさえあると言われています。
