久しぶりの日記です。なんと、今年初めてなんですね！書く手間が無くてずっと立て込んでいる毎日でした。。今まではるばる遠方まで、１年間通い続けた神経学のセミナーがありました。
２年目の今年からが、やっと本当に現場で具体的なことを教えてもらえるコースで、ようやく色んなものを犠牲にして、我慢してたどり着けた本番なのにもかかわらず、実に様々な事情により受講を断念することになりました。
１年間付き合いのあった懇親会など世話にもなった先方の先生方は、こちらの熱意を感じてか、最後の最後まで、受講の窓口を私のために空けてくれていました。
それにも係らず、不義理を書いてしまって申し訳なさも感じるのですが、自分で下した決断を信じるしかない！という心境です。
本当は凄く行きたいのに、自分の内面で感じる感覚を優先した結果、「行かない」という事に相成りました。
天邪鬼なので自分で方法論を見つけようとする過程が実は楽しかったりするんです（笑）セミナー受講ごときでそこまで悩むなんてオーバーな・・・って思われるかもしれませんが・・。
・・・で、独習で「標準生理学」などの分厚く膨大で難しすぎる書籍と、ほんの数分しか出来ない時もありますが毎日にらめっこしてます。
・・・しかし、施術テクニックなどのノウハウ本ではない医学系の本にも、実は施術のヒントは満載です！というか、ヒントだらけというか、宝の山に見えてきます！
これは去年の１０月頃に自力で見つけようとした時に気づきました。ちなみにその頃は、その勉強法も挫折しました（笑）今回は今までとは危機感が違うので本気で取り組んだ結果、上手く波に乗れた感じです。
それ以来、自然と療術系ではなく医学系のコーナーへと足が運ばれます。実際そのおかげでというか、 などの難治姓の症状も、ある医学系の中でもマイナーな書籍をヒントに、理論化し、理論に基づいて消えてしまいました。
（医者は読んでも視点や感性の違う施術家は、また臨床での違うヒントを得ることができます。）あくまでもヒントしか載っておらず、それを現場で生かせる何かを導き出すのはあくまでも本人次第です。
主に神経学的な観点からのアプローチです。表立っては神経学ですが、本当は裏側ではコツや、秘訣みたいなものが沢山あります。具体的なやり方や方法論も複数アリ、見た目では何をしているかは全く分からないはずです。
学生の教科書レベルでも、ヒント満載です！ある症状は、施術かの中でも、相当レベルの高い施術家でも「相性が良い患者さんで良くなることもあれば多少改善する人もいるけど、狙って無くすことは全員確実ではない」
というのが世間の現状と思いますが、これも、もう以前よりも、確実に検査し、原因を特定して確実に、いけるようになって来ました。もちろん皆同じ体ではありませんので、原因部位も一定ではなく鑑別が必要です。。
先に理論を推理して実践するのではなく、先に現場での実践があり、。そこに後付で理論を当てはめてノウハウが構築される。発見は後者のパターンがほとんどだ！
と患者様の勉強熱心な歯医者さんが仰ってくださり、なるほど・・と膝を打ちました。
