腱鞘炎・バネ指について②
腱鞘炎やバネ指の施術のために、鹿児島外からもいらっしゃる事もあります。だいたいの傾向としては、低く見積もっても１回で症状消失が、６，７割程度。２，３回以内が３，４割程度でしょうか・・。
残り１割は、もう少しかかることもあるようですが、それでも可動範囲の拡大。（バネ。腱鞘炎に限らず）指が動きやすくなる。疼痛の緩和は起きているようです。
腱鞘炎・ばね指に対する考え方
- 指は枝葉
幹である腕、上肢、体幹の調整も重要です。胸郭の調整だけでも腱鞘炎の症状が消えたり軽くなることもあります。
筋肉は、たとえ末端の指の筋肉でも機能的には全身と関連し影響を与えあっています。（引っ張ったり、引っ張られたり）ですので、患部の手首や指の調整も、とても強い影響があります。
末端の指・手首の血流も、当然良くなります。（腱鞘炎やバネ指で苦しんでおられる方は、よくお風呂に入ると楽になる。と、仰いますね）朝起きぬけが一番悪いとも仰いますね。（起きぬけは、筋肉も硬く伸びにくい）
- 患部の調整
やはり当院の腱鞘炎・バネ指の施術の特色としては、徹底的に患部の骨膜 筋膜、靭帯の変位・変形を徹底的に調整します。これが一番効果があり、症状を取り除くという点においては大事です
だいたい早ければ１回、遅くても３・４回以内には、ほとんど症状は緩解しています。（１０人中１人くらいは、もう少しかかってしまう事もあります。）
腱鞘炎の施術の回数の目安としては、症状の強弱よりもどこまで難しく、根深い変形・変位か？で決まる傾向があります。
先日、腱鞘炎の手術の日程まで決まっていた方が、どうにかならないかという事で、人から聞いて訪ねてこられました。ばね指が特に強かったですが、２回の施術で、だいぶ可動範囲や痛みが軽減しました。
一般的に健側の指よりも、腫れてゴツゴツといびつな形をしている事が多いです。そのような「腫れ」が、まずは速やかに消えていく→指を動かせる範囲が広くなってくる→痛みもそれに伴い減ってくる。
大体の経過の流れはこんなケースが多いです。
