生活習慣上の、主な原因をあげてみます。
携帯電話やパソコンの長時間の使用
デスクワークでモニターを前に座っているうちに、知らず知らずに姿勢も前のめりになります。
- 座りっぱなしなどの、長時間の同じ姿勢
- 上肢・手指の何気ない使い方の小さな積み重ね
- パソコンスマホのモニターを見つめ続ける負担
- 仕事上の体の使い方と、その積み重ね
- デスクワーク全般の、うつむいた姿勢。
そのせいで骨格や筋肉の働きに歪みが溜まり続け、その積み重ねが猫背やひどい肩こりの原因の一つになりえます。
重労働のお仕事の方だけではなく、軽い手作業の仕事でも、同じような動作や作業が多ければ筋肉・筋膜・骨格の歪みがジワジワと発生してきます。
下を向いての仕事、例えば調理師、歯科衛生士、工場での作業の繰り返し。うつむいて行う作業は、多いか少ないかの違いだけで、多くの種類の仕事に含まれていますね。
中には無理な筋トレ、同じスポーツの繰り返しも。

- 筋トレで筋肉の緊張のアンバランスが強くなる。（硬くなる）

まだまだ突き詰めれば色々あげられると思います。
整形外科に行くと、３のストレートネックと言われた。という方がこの10年間でかなり増えてきています。（実際、この15年間で脊柱の前後の湾曲の異常が、かなり目立ってきています。）
