腱鞘炎・バネ指（弾発指）
当院の腱鞘炎やバネ指に対する基本方針は全身調整（特に上半身）と患部の施術で対応します。
軽く触れるだけでも激痛がある時でも腕・肩・首・肩甲骨周辺などの上半身の遠隔施術によって指の根元にあたる部分の血流が良くなり、末端の筋肉も緩めば腱鞘炎の症状も変化することも多いです。
それだけで痛みが消えることもよくあります。そして、まだ腱鞘炎の痛みは残る場合は、指の関節の歪みや手首の関節を精密調整します。
指や手甲部の手根骨・中手骨・指節関節などの、細かい各関節の歪みを速やかに取り除くために当院では精密な調整を行います。
さらに指の関節をつないでいる「じん帯」「腱」の不具合、骨膜の変形も調整に対象できるので、「マシになったけど後もう少しだけ痛みが残っている・・・・」という腱鞘炎にもさらに突っ込んだ施術が出来ます。
また、ほとんど知られていない身体の歪み（ディストーション）を引き起こしているキ制（漢字変換できない！）因子がありまして、その領域の調整が当院では可能なので、一般の教科書的な指・上肢や手根骨の関節調整とは調整の精度にかなりの差が出てくると考えています。
施術にそこまで強い力はかかりません。
腱鞘炎とは
腱鞘炎は狭窄性腱鞘炎（きょうさくせいけんしょうえん）、ドゥケルバン病ともいいます。ドゥケルバン腱鞘炎は手首の痛みの腱鞘炎のことです。
一般的な原因として挙げられるのは
- 抱っこ時の負担による腕、指の使いすぎ
- 家事による負担
- 仕事で知らず知らずにクセや歪みひずみ、負担が溜まる
- 手作業のしすぎ
などが原因です。ドゥケルバン病にしても弾発指にしても「原因は負荷のかけすぎ」が多いです。ある程度以上の期間の生活習慣による「指の使いすぎ」「重い物を持つ」「捻りすぎる」ことが一般的に原因といわれています。
指の曲げ伸ばしが滑らかではない、朝起きたら指にコワバリがある。→常に動かす時に引っかかりがある→指そのものの力では動かせず、他動的に力を貸さないと指の屈曲・伸展が困難。と徐々に症状が進んでいく事もあるようです。
オステオパシーやＳＯＴの流派によると、上肢全般の症状は循環器の障害・または機能低下が原因であるとする理論もあります。
確かに心臓や肺の機能が上がる施術をすると、腱鞘炎やバネ指の症状も減少することも多く、その施術と相性がよければ、それだけで痛みが消えることもあります。
腱鞘炎の機序
腱と腱鞘の構造をご説明すると、指はそれぞれの指を動かす腱（けん）が紐代わりになって、それが引っ張って動かされます。
腱の周りには腱鞘と言うトンネルのような筒に包まれています。そのトンネル状の腱鞘が何らかの影響で肥厚したり腱の表面が傷ついたり炎症により腫れると、可動時に腱鞘と健の摩擦もスムーズでなくなり痛みが生じます。とされています。
またはスムーズでなくなるから炎症によって腫れてきます。どちらが先かはそれぞれでしょうが、生活していくうえで手はどうしても使用するので、ふとした作業や家事の拍子に鋭い痛みが走り、悪循環に陥りやすい傾向があります。
当院では腱鞘炎の直接的な施術としては肩・首・腕・手首・指の精微な調整を行います。間接的な施術としては遠隔作用として全身調整により部分の血流が良くなり、筋肉も緩めば、それだけでも腱鞘炎も自ずと少しは改善するものです。
例えば、角でぶつけて足の指を打撲してしまった、触れるだけでも痛い。というのも骨盤や体幹部、体全身の調子が良くなると触っても、握っても大丈夫になったりします。バレーボールなどによる手の指の突き指も、同じ原理でそれだけでよくなる事もあります。
なぜかというと、結局は筋肉・筋膜・神経・血管・リンパ還流（水分の流れ）その他で全身は繋がっているからです。それでもまだ腱鞘炎の痛みは残る場合がありますので、指の関節の歪みや手首の関節を精密調整します。
