どの姿勢でもつらいという方もおられるので、座位だけで終わることもあります。つらい姿勢では行わない。
まずお腹を支えて、少しおなかの自重から解放された状態にしてあげてみて、妊婦さんが楽になるかどうか？それが一つの目安となります。
それで楽にもならず、しんどければ｛適応外」のタイプと判断したほうが良いです。
抑えるだけでも楽、持ち上げるだけでも楽、というところを探してみる。（無理はしない。）
不妊、そして妊娠中と骨盤矯正①でも書いてある通り、妊娠中毒症とつわりは違う。
「動脈を圧迫して気持ち悪い」が共通してあるので、お腹を持ちあげて子宮を高い位置に持ってきて、楽になるかどうか？などを目安とします。
切迫早産、前置胎盤などは、基本的に同じことをするが、おなかを上げてみて、気持ち悪くないか？聞いてみて行う。
逆子もそうだが、横向きでもお腹を調整などして、子宮がいい位置にくると、赤ちゃんの周囲の空間にゆとりが出来て、ゴロンと動いてくれやすくなります。
逆子の場合は、赤ちゃんの動きによってたすけられる部分もあります。
子宮を良い位置に持ってきて、お腹の中のほかの広い空間も確保してみると、赤ちゃんも動きやすくなるようです。
安産か難産か？それは、条件を満たした人が、安産になるようです。
それは、子宮を高い位置に保持できて、骨盤や内転筋などが十分な柔軟性があり、出産の時だけすっと開いてすっと閉じる。これが理想ですね。
