２月は福岡の勉強会と、３月は、また福岡で２日間にわたっての勉強会に参加してきました。
最近はかなり重症な方々がお見えになられる確率が飛躍的に高まっているのはそれに対応できるだけの自分になれたからか？気を引き締めて掛からないといけません。
２月下旬から３月下旬くらいまではずっと休日も自分のため以外の用事が多く、３月下旬にようやく１ヶ月ぶりに休めたかな？といった感じです。
疲労は蓄積するので、日々疲労を溜めないためにも定期的にしっかりと休まないといけないですね。長期間の疲労の積み重ね＝老化 とある流派では定義されています。
様々な疾患が世の中にはありますから、全てではないにしろ、結局７割くらいの確率で「根本原因は疲労」だったりします。
