今日の朝から右に比べて左の上肢全体に冷えを感じました。今日の朝は鹿児島も過去最高の寒さでしたので、その影響があったと思います。
病院勤務時代も、暑さ寒さのピークの時期に脳血管後遺症の方の再発の比率は明らかに高かったです。手足もちゃんと動く、痺れも無い パ行・ラ行・ちゃんとろれつが回る。
目を閉じて両掌を上に向けて静止しても、ちゃんと腕は上がったまま。 顔の筋肉に麻痺も無い。
爪めを圧迫してもチアノーゼの徴候も無い。 でもこの片側だけの強い冷えは一体何なんだ～！？脳の右半球の機能低下を示す頭蓋のサインは今までに無いほど強い・・。 右脳の機能低下が対側の左上肢に冷えを起こしているのか？
心当たりは不摂生、疲労など日常生活にかなりあります。過去に簡易脳機能検査で視野検査・ブラインドスポット・線分２等分線法どれも上記症状が当てはまる結果だったし・・。
左亢進か？しかし尋常ではない右側頭骨の変位は明らかに関係がありそうだ・・。 (マニアックな検査よりも、もっと基礎的な検査をすべきですね（笑)
脳より末梢が原因なら、施術で間単に回復できそうだが、病院で検査してもらおうと思い立ち、夕方以降の患者さんを珍しくこちらからキャンセルさせてもらって最新のＭＲＩ機種があると聞いた、とある病院へ行ってきました。
いや、普通はこちらから変更してもらうなどはしないんです
よ、、初期の脳血管障害の発見は、まさに１分１秒を争う事態なので、断腸の思いで決断しました。
翌日に起きたら脳梗塞の症状が出ていたら、シャレにならないでは無いですか！
診察していただくと検査でも異常は無くて、はっきり言って左上肢の体温が低い自覚以外は症状らしきものが何も無いので、 お医者様も異常無しと思っているような感じでした。
というか両手の体温を計っても差はありませんでした。 私「先生ＭＲＩで直に確認していただけませんでしょうか？」先生さま「もう今日は診察終了だからＭＲＩは出来ないよ」
「今日の夕方やっとタイミングが合って来れたんですう～～。明日明後日は仕事で来れません～～」 と言うと、無理にお願いするつもりは無かったのですが、時間が無い中でもわざわざＭＲＩを撮ってくださいました。
他のスタッフの方を時間外も拘束することになってしまい恐縮です。大変感謝しております。有難う御座いました。＜（）＞
体が動かないように、驚くほどベルトで体を固定されて２０分ほど強烈な磁場を脳に照射されまくって無事終了。
微弱な電気信号の動きで成り立っている脳に、そんなに強烈な磁場を照射して大丈夫ですか～～？
過去の病院勤務時代に、健康診断でレントゲン後に毎年毎回気分が悪くなっていました。
終わった後気分が悪くなったりしないか心配になりましたが、とくに何も感じず、気がついたら寝てしまいそうでした。
ＭＲＩ画像による診断結果は、何も異常なし。少しほっとしました。
きれいなものでした。
そういえば、自分で検査している時、打鍵槌で病的反射が出ないか検査し忘れてました。（基本を忘れてますね）
画像診断により、後顧の憂いをたった今、これで今後は何も気兼ねする事なく自分で施術できます！ 簡単に良くなるでしょう。
